Contact form: data collected
When you use the contact form, the following is sent: your name, your email address, the type of solution you picked, your message and the language of the site. This reaches me by email, through the Resend email service.
Your IP address is used temporarily, in memory and for 10 minutes at most, solely to limit abusive submissions (anti-spam). It is not stored.
If automatic sending fails, the form opens your own email client with the message pre-filled: in that case nothing is sent by the site.
Purpose and retention
This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. It is never sold or used for advertising.
It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange if no project goes ahead. If work is carried out, business documents are kept for the legally required periods.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to karim1sehil@gmail.com. You will get a reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical cookie (lumea_lang) may be stored when you choose a language with the FR / EN button, to remember that choice for one year.
